They are generally images of recognizable people that are newsworthy for some reason and that do not have model releases. These images may not be used for any commercial, promotional, advertising or merchandising use. They may not be used in any defamatory or otherwise unlawful manner. It is a requirement of this license, that all images used for editorial purposes are accompanied by the words: "© Artist’s Name/kosherstock" or "kosherstock" in case the Artist's name is not publicly displayed in his/her profile page on kosherstock.com." Modifications to images, other than minor cropping (which must retain the context of the photograph) are not permitted for editorial use and the licensee is solely responsible for any claims resulting from such changes. Commercial Extended LicenseCommercial Extended License Uses These are the terms of the Extended License options kosherstock offers. Please, read very carefully all details of each provision that must be taken into account in conjunction with the Standard License Agreement. In each case where the Standard License Restrictions is amended by the terms of an Extended License, all other terms and conditions of the Content License Agreement remain in full force and effect, including all Prohibited Uses. Notwithstanding the restriction contained in sections (B) 3 and (B) 4 of the Standard License Agreement banning the use or display of the Content on items (electronic or printed) for resale, you will be entitled to create the following items for resale, license, or other distribution, regarding this specific Content:
postcards, greeting cards or other cards, stickers, stationery items and other paper products;
or calendars, posters or similar items, mousepads, shirts, hats or other apparel products, mugs, housewares and toys, electronic templates for e-greeting or other cards, web applications or software development, PowerPoint or Word templates, screensavers, brochure or flyer design templates. Notwithstanding the restriction contained in section (B) 11 of the Content License Agreement setting reproduction limit to 300000 prints, you will be entitled to run unlimited number of reproductions.
